Myself, Mum & Dad and Ken & Mary used to go on days out, picnics & holidays together, I used to spend week-ends at Ferndale Road, playing football out back on the park with David & his mates. My Dad played cricket for Ardington & Lockinge CC & Ken for LOCO Sports, so used to watch them play at Middleton Park. With my parents we used to go with Ken & Mary to the Royal Albert Hall on a coach with the Royal British Legion to see the ‘Festival of Remembrance’ a few times. So I had known Uncle Ken since I was a small boy, so a long time. Will miss his quirky sense of humour,
