I was so saddened to recently hear about Avril’s passing. I had the pleasure of delivering her medication over the past few years and she was so welcoming from my first delivery. Even when she was not feeling her best, she would always stop for a chat about her family, and her jigsaw puzzles, and would also be sure to ask after me and my family. She was a lovely, warm lady and I shall miss her. Rest in peace Avril xx
