Mary will be missed by all who she supported in the Commonweal Community.. students, staff and their families.
Mary was one of the best in our community, without her help and support so many lives would have been considerably more difficult! As a colleague and friend I know I will miss her caring nature but also that sense of fun, coffee and chats will be greatly missed. Such a loss.
Mary will be much missed by us. It was always so lovely to see her at our family events and she always had the biggest smile on her face. She was so kind, caring and supportive, the world will be a sadder place without her.
Love from all of us. Xx
Mary will be truly missed. I first met Mary at Commonweal school as I was a student and she was also so kind and caring. Was so lovely to see Mary again after so many years at our local church where she organised a baby group that I attended with my baby girl. So nice to have a catch up, always made to feel welcome, was deeply saddened by the news as I know the rest of the group was. She gave and helped so much. She really was a angel. Sending love to all her family and friends at this time x
Rest in peace Mary.
We only knew you for a very short time myself Martin and Joseph will miss you
you were a very kind warm motherly figure to us all at the play group . I was shy at first because I’m foreigner but you made sure that me and joseph came to the group and with you I made lots of friends.
But now we have all lost a very dear friend our loss is gods gain .
Sleep restfully with the other angels

Sending our love to Dave and family
Mary made everyone feel welcomed and loved. Working with Mary for the last two years was an absolute pleasure and I always looked forward to my time at Rodbourne Methodist. She will be so missed but will rise in glory. Xx
It was always a pleasure to run into Mary around Old Town, or on the occasions she still dropped into school. She had a mischievous sense of fun, she was warm, kind and generous. I remember meeting her out with her daughter in a restaurant in Old Town. I was taking a first trip out after a long stay in hospital in Oxford. Mary immediately came up to me with a huge hug and welcome. Later as my meal had just been served and she was leaving she came up to me again to say that she had paid for the meal as an welcome back/well done for doing so well present. A typical act of her generosity and warmth that always made people feel very special.
My shout next time we meet Mary!
xx
David and Family, Sending you all love to get through this sad time. Hoping that your happy memories will get you through.
David, We are so sorry to hear about Mary.
We will always remember her as they warm, kind and loving lady she always was. Not only to us, but also to our children. I feel very privileged to have known Mary and yourself and will always keep her in our hearts and thoughts. God Bless the Holder family. xxx
We were shocked and saddened by the news of Mary’s illness and death. She was a lovely lady who we much admired and respected. We all remember her fondly and all the great things she used to do at Rodbourne Methodist Church. Good memories of her at the Harvest Suppers, which we loved. She will be missed.
