I frist meet Slayer through work at the Goddard arms hotel many years ago , after spending some time working with him we became freinds through our shared hobbie of warhammer and heavy metal music. Through him I found new freinds including his partner Jodie and his close freinds Nathan ,Ian,Joel,Simon,Tom and gareth Mario,Chris ,Jordan,Cliffford. He was a wonderful person and down to earth bloke who loved his wife and kids dearly . an awesome freind who is missed but who always be remembered in the hearts and minds of people who were fourante enough to of had him in their lives. My condolences to his family on this tragic loss he passed away far to soon R.I.P Slayer till we meet again ?

Safe to say I wouldn’t be the man I am had I never met Slayer. He took me in, got me a job and looked out for me when I felt like I had nobody else and never asked anything in return.
He was truly his own man, a great father and a loyal husband to one of the most patient women on this planet. Although we hadn’t spoken for some time I hope he knew that my family and I loved him and will remember him for the rest of our lives.

I’ve known of Slayer for some time, but I only met him the once, and that was at Slayer’s and Jodie’s lovely, very memorable wedding.
You have to admire anyone that lives their life the way they want to, regardless of external pressures to conform.
Life can seem so unjust at times, this being one of those times. He was taken from his young family far too soon.
A small solace I know, but the pain everyone feels only exists because of the joy they have experienced.
