If anything needed changing they did this quickly and without complaint. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate a complex situation and work around it. Kai was professional and made sure that everyone knew what was happening and fulfilled requests asked of him in a professional but friendly manner. Tracy was professional, friendly and had alot of patience both with organising specific requests and generally chatting. Reece himself went above and beyond expectations. He was quick in his responses, he made dealing with various situations stress free and made sure everything flowed effortlessly. Reece was able to read the tone of various situations and dealt with them accordingly.
