Sincere condolences to all on this sad loss. I worked alongside Fletch as an Air Despatcher. A top man, who was a friend to all, that said he was the referee you didn’t want to come up against lol but his passion was there for all to see. Another gentleman taken way too early. RIP Fletch, see you in Valhalla..
