Such a character, wicked sense of humour, who loved recalling the highlights of life. I’m really going to miss our chats and giggles. Such a generous soul, lived life large with style and standards. Forever remembered with nothing but love.

    Love you more

We’ll miss you so much Jean. You were a dear friend and wonderful neighbour for over 41 years. You welcomed us into your lovely family and you were a huge part of ours. Thank you for being so kind, generous and thoughtful. Your refusal to “grow old gracefully” gave us so many funny memories. You are truly irreplaceable.
    Lots of love Jean

A lovely lady so full of life. Charismatic and magnetic making friends wherever you went. There was never a dull moment when you were around.
A light went out in the lives of the people who were lucky enough to call you family or friend.
    Sorely missed and deeply loved.
    Sleep well dear friend.
    Till we meet again.
    Love you,
    Heather xxx

We first met Jean some 30 years ago.
We were on holiday in Bournemouth. Jean invited us to join her and her family and friends. This was typical of Jeans generosity.
One of the world’s loveliest people.
We will miss our friendly regular phone calls. You will never be forgotten.
