With deepest sympathy to Martin’s family at this sad time.
A privilege to have known Martin for many years in his charity work for ostomates and the Midlands IA News Bulletin. Always a pleasure to be in his company. Our thoughts and prayers are extended to his family – RIP Martin.
Everyone at Midlands IA knew, respected, and appreciated Martin. Martin’s involvement with Midlands IA goes back many years, through which time he made many, many friends. When someone like Martin leaves us there is a big hole left. HIs enthusiasm, love and enjoyment for everything he did with Midlands IA will forever be in our hearts and minds. Over the years Martin has given his love and friendship to everyone at Midlands IA and the wider community, he had a profound positive impact on all of us who knew him.
Rest in Peace Martin, it has been a privilege and pleasure for all of us to have known you as a friend.
It has been a pleasure and privilege to know you as a friend over many years. You always had time to care, you will be so missed. We miss seeing you at our meetings and the long telephone conversations we have had over the years since we took over as Chairman and Editor, trying to step into your shoes has not been easy, you set the bar so high, but you were always there when we needed you. God bless you Martin.
Martin was a great guy, a stalwart of Swindon ia. I admired him hugely and know he will be sadly missed by so many. It was a pleasure to know you Martin.
