Pat Wilkinson
Passed away peacefully at Prospect Hospice on 14th September 2026, aged 77 years. Beloved wife to Brian, loving mother to Nick, Sara & David. Also a much loved Nanna to Jessica, Luke, Daniel, Florence, Charlie, Jo & Florence. Pat will be forever missed by those who knew and loved her.
